Splitcat's Sea Serpent

~Splitcat's kiriban request. I got more than a little carried away with this, so it's my own damn fault that there are so many hours of work in it. (At least three hours of which is making and undoing and making fins. Took quite some time to get something I was happy with.)

Normally I don't use wire in my beadwork, but there is wire in this one, running the length of the spine and belly. The fins and dorsal thingies are starched with superglue to stop them from curling up.

Time Spent: 47 hours.

Tools & Materials: Purple, gold, black, white and blue-green seed beads; monofilament beading thread, 0.3mm wire, superglue, beading needles, scissors, wire cutters.
