Spiral Cookies

I started out trying to make cookies with quarter notes in them for NM Brass weekend, but it didn't work very well and took me way too long to get even halfway to what I wanted. (Can sort of see the intended shape of my attempts in the comma-looking ones.) I didn't want to be up until 02:00 mashing dough into the right shape, so I just went "fuck it" and made spirals instead.
