The far left one it was used to be a symbol to myself .... and the clev fa⁴ it is my favorite so far to play with, and the easiest for me (and then doģ / do⁴ / solē). I play trombone
OH! wow, such coincidence; trombone it is the best (well, my favourite instrument besides trombone it is cello, and the horn an flute so ) .... and horn is great too, if I didn't choose trombone horn had been my election, although I have always seen horn quite complicated (the mouthpiece is too narrow and the transposition for-all-pieces). Great great And, if you don't mind... what pieces have you played? I am always looking for new music to play/listen.
I'd love to play horn again, but the band I'm in needs trombone more than it needs horn. I never found it to be overly complicated, though going from playing horn in concert band on Tuesday night to playing trombone in jazz band early Wednesday morning (and then horn in music class later, and then trombone again in the town band in the evening) definitely emphasized how different the mouthpieces are. And then sometimes I'd be switching to flute for a few pieces in there too. Yay.
A few I really enjoyed are: Festive Overture (Shostakovich), Egmont Overture (Beethoven), Black Tower Overture (Kevin Kaisershot, and I really have a thing for overtures, don't I?), Birdland (Weather Report)... there's a lot more, but I have played so many pieces in so many concert and jazz bands over the years that I don't remember all of them. As for what I listen to, your best bet is to check out my last.fm profile.
Thank you for the aswering. I will check those pieces
Yes, there are some journeys that are really busy When I was in 5th of Medium Grade all thursdays I had 1.30h of instrument (yep, the teacher give 30min more than usual , that was great), and then I have 2 hours of Band, and then 1.30 of chamber music (well, that was the name of the subjet but it was a trombone duo and a pianist...) Great memories ....
Great great
