I have never watched this show. It seems I just go "Ooh, those designs would be neat to engrave!" and then I go engrave that shit. These were nice and simple and a good break from the somewhat more complex stuff I've been doing as of late. Black glass versions will be forthcoming in the next day or two.
I really need to put some of my shitload of engraving stuff up for trade or whatever because I have way too goddamn many of these things taking up space in my room. Time Spent
: Fifteen minutes each for engraving, plus another fifteen minutes per stone for painting and paint clean-up. A huge difference from the usual one or more hours I can spend per stone with the detailed designs.Tools & Materials
: Computer, paper, printer, clear packing tape, scotch tape, sheet of scrap cardboard, swivelling craft knife, white glass stones, black permanent marker, Dremel with flexshaft, small round diamond burr, paint thinner/remover, water, soap, porcelain paint, dental pick, baking sheet, oven.
